 Returns and refunds:  

• Due to the nature of the merchandise we sell as collectibles, ALL SALES ARE FINALE. As such, we  are unable to accept returns or allow refunds  on comic books, back issues, magazines, posters, books,  games, toys, statues, figurines and other merchandise sold on this site.
•  No guarantee of condition is made for the merchandise we sell on this site. It is possible that, over time, shelf wear and small cosmetic blemishes, such as dings and dents may occur. If you feel you’ve received a damaged or miss-shipped item, please contact us at mail@comicsclub.com with the word PROBLEM in the header and explain the problem as completely as possible. Be sure to include the order number, your contact information, and photos if applicable.

• Please be aware that we need to be contacted  within two weeks of the delivery date of an order to resolve any  potential order issues.
